This spacious detached villa is built on two levels and is situated in a peaceful residential area. The villa will accommodate up to eight people. There being three bedrooms upstairs & a self contained studio flat downstairs.
The main living and sleeping area is approached by an external staircase, which leads onto a substantial terraced area which is covered and overlooks the villa's swimming pool. The terrace has ample room for the enjoyment of alfresco meals and has wonderful southerly views over towards the Sierra Bernia Mountain range. Within the villa there is a good sized dining & lounge area and a separate well fitted kitchen. The upper bedrooms comprise of - one double & two twin bedrooms (one having an en-suite shower room). There is also the main family bathroom.
Downstairs there is an enclosed sun-room, with sliding tinted glass doors. This leads into the self-contained studio flat, which has twin beds within the living space. There is a small kitchenette with a washing machine and an en-suite shower-room.

The villa has a standard sized rectangular swimming pool, with Roman steps leading into it. Adjoining the pool is a sunbathing area with pool side furniture & an external shower, near the pool area is a built-in Barbecue with chimney. The property stands within a good sized walled garden and has parking for two vehicles.

Villa Sarabanda is only a ten minute walk from the sea and the local supermarkets. Calpe town is a five minute drive - passing the salt fields on the way, where Flamingos can be seen. There are some excellent golf courses in the vacinity, the renowned Don Cayo golf course is 15 minutes drive away. Water world and Terra Miticha are approx. 25 minutes by car.

The sierra Bernia mountain range which rises to over 1000 metres is well worth exploring being a walkers paradise. A drive of approximately forty minutes leads to incredible panoramic views within this Nature Reserve famous for it's spring water and abundance of wild flowers.
There are charming rustic restaurants for the less energetic.

**Rental availability is throughout the year.**

**This area of coastline is renowned for having an excellent year round climate.**

During the High and middle season the villa is rented out on a Saturday to Saturday basis only.

During the Low and Winter Season - there is a degree of flexibility with arrival & departure dates.

10% discount given on bookings of 3 weeks or more. During the winter and low season - the villa can be rented out as a 3 bedroomed property for smaller groups. Please e-mail the owners for a quote.

Good discounts are also provided for late availability - Bookings made within 2 weeks of your actual stay. Again please e-mail the owners for a quote.

During the Winter Season Only - for rental periods of 6 weeks or more the villa can be rented out at between £395 to £420 per week.
