THE ANNEX, ALMAND HOUSE   

This self-contained annexe to the owner's home is in the village of Mitchel Troy, two miles south west of Monmouth, 20 mins Ryder cup.
It has a fitted kitchen including microwave. Up a few steps is the light and airy sitting/dining room which has a TV, video, D.V.D, hi-fi and sliding patio doors to the poolside. Bath/shower room. Double bedroom, airbed available for child. Electric heating. Use of gardens, sun loungers etc. Washing machine and freezer by arrangement.

Excellent local walking, horseriding, golf, fishing, canoeing and gliding. Easy access to Wye Valley, Tintern, Chepstow, Forest of Dean and Brecon Beacons. Hereford 30 mins, Cardiff 40 mins, Newport 25 mins.

The Heated Swimming pool is open from May to September. (Please note) Although heated due to the size of the pool if we are having cold weather this will affect the pool temperature, and it may not be as warm as it should be, the pool is 32ft x 16ft plus Roman end, with a water depth of 3ft for the first 12ft, then sloping down to 7ft at the deep end. If you can't swim you can borrow a rubber ring. The pool and furniture are for sole use of the people staying in the annex and the owners.

We except one well behaved pet, not allowed in the bedroom or on furniture, must also be kept away from the swimming pool, must NOT be left alone in the annex.

The bed is made up prior to your arrival. Hand and bath towels are provided.

Arrival time after 3pm on Saturday to 10am on departure.
