Renovated farmhouse in the heart of the Loire.
Spaciously renovated beamed farmhouse set in a large landscaped garden close to the picturesque town of Montreuil Bellay with it's Chateau and River Thouet. Ideally situated for walking, cycling, golf and exploring the Loire Valley with it's major attractions or just simply relaxing in the countryside.
The farmhouse has a double bedroom and a triple bedroom both of which are ensuite with shower, basin & wc. Fully equipped Kitchen with washing machine, microwave, fridge and cooker. There is a further shower & wc on the ground floor and a large living/dining room with wood burner, satelite TV (English), DVD, Video, selection of books, toys & DVD's and a games console with seperate TV. WIFI is available.
Patio doors from the living room lead out to a large terrace/garden with garden furniture, barbecue and a 5mtr x 1.2mtr overground splash pool. There is a second garden with swings, a slide, see-saw, sandpit, badmington net, table tennis, trampoline, small bouncy castle and plenty of space for children to run around. This garden is also home to our chickens who provide lovely fresh eggs and a there is a vegetable garden where our guests are welcome to pick products in season.
A small fitness room is available for guests to use. Private parking space is provided. A selection of adults & childrens bikes are available along with a bike rack for our guests to use during their stay.
Bed Linen, towels & cleaning is included.Weekend lets are available with the exclusion of July, August & September. Prices will be made at the time of enquiry dependant of number in party.
Pick up and departure from either Poiters or Tours airports or Saumur train station can be arranged. Prices will be submitted at time of enquiry.
From May onwards a discount of 20% is offered for all bookings of more than one weeks gite hire.
A discount is offered for occupancy of under 5 persons in the gite during the months of MAY, JUNE, OCT, NOV & DEC. This rate will be supplied at the time of enquiry.
Evening meals are available for the day of arrival or during your stay. Price for a three course meal, including wine, soft drinks and coffee is 12 Euros per person. Evening meals can be taken with the proprieters or in the comfort of your own gite.
