Pleyben is a nice city with its beautiful church and the Way of the Cross, of which connaisseurs
say that is one of the most beautiful of Brittanny. It is one of the 3 monumental ways of cross that
can be visited without having to make far trips. A few important discoveries on a day out are the
medieval city of Locronan,Douarnenez and its museum of old rigging,la Pointe du Raz.
Concarneau and the enclosed city.Pont-Aven, the city of the painters. Huelgoat and its "chaos" of
underwood. Quimper and its ceramics.Trévarez with its castle in a park of 85 ha. The wonderful
peninsula of Crozon. Océanopolis at Brest. The Monts d'Arrée with the walking paths amidst
nature.The valley of the Aulne and its majestic river.Le Guilvinec and its langoustine boats,etc.
Pleyben is the southern door to the natural park of Armorique and the Monts d'Arrée. It is also
known for its "galettes", its chocolate, its regional products.

bathroom, 1 shower room, 1 drawing room, a storeroom, garage, and we have provided a washing
machine, a dishwasher,a microwave, an electric oven, fridge, deepfreese, a separate
hydromassage cabin, vmc central heating, a garden furniture, a barbecue, etc. We accept holiday
cheques. Animals are not allowed.
Activities in the neighbourhood: besides the numerous walking and cycling paths, there are a lot of
activities possible:canoeing at 5 kms, swimming pool at 10 kms, the beach at 25 kms, fishing in the
channel (salmon and pikes) in the rivers (trouts),in the lake of Brenilis (enormous pikes), at the
coast (bass).

Do not forget the delicious seafood in the auberges, the important festivals at the beaches of the
bay or in south Finistère.
