In a quiet green residential area by the seaside, located only 30 minutes drive away from the Athens International Airport and 45 minutes away from the Acropolis and the center of Athens (bus service every 45 minutes) one furnished apartment is offered for rent. It is on the second floor of a 3-storey building and it is 48 square meters. It has a bedroom and a sitting room, both airconditioned, a small fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking facilities, bathroom and balconies overlooking the beautiful garden and with an excellent seaview of the Euboic Golf.

The apartment has a TV and DVD player as well as free WIFI internet access.

Two different sandy beaches are within walking distance (Argyra Akti 430m & Kokkino Limanaki 400m). The port of Rafina, serving daily the islands of the Cyclades (Andros, Tinos, Mykonos, Syros and Paros) is just 2,4 km away. In Rafina you may find all the facilities needed (shops, restaurants, supermarkets, gym, hairdressers, etc).

In the above prices all taxes are included. Not included in the prices is the electricity consumption. An electricity meter is placed in each apartment.

Linen are included and are changed every 7 days.
