It has a bedroom and a sitting room with a sofa bed, both airconditioned, a small fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking facilities, bathroom and balconies overlooking the beautiful garden and with an excellent seaview of the Euboic Golf.
The apartment has TV and a DVD player as well as free WIFI internet access.
Two different sandy beaches are within walking distance (Argyra Akti 430m & Kokkino Limanaki 400m). The port of Rafina, serving daily the islands of the Cyclades (Andros, Tinos, Mykonos, Syros and Paros) is just 2,4 km away. In Rafina you may find all the facilities needed (shops, restaurants, supermarkets, gym, hairdressers, etc).
