Located one street back from the main promenade at Bosa Marina, on a quiet back street, this recently renovated and newly furnished property is less than 100m metres from the beach. All furnished and equipped to a high standard, there are 2 ground floor apartments and two to the first floor. The property is walled and the gate leads into a newly paved area with furniture and a BBQ to the side. There is off street parking for 4 cars, a must in high season. Grand granite steps lead up into the entrance hall. Two apartments can be found off here. An impressive marble staircase leads up to the first floor where there are another 2 apartments. Further steps lead up into a communal area containing a fridge and sink plus a shower room with toilet and wash basin so you can cool down after a hard days sun bathing on the expansive roof top terrace which has great views to the beach and the sea. A lovely spot to watch the sun go down with a cool glass of something from the fridge. There is also an iron and ironing board plus clothes airer, hairdryer, radio/CD and mini safe. All apartments have equal access to the communal areas.
