HOUSE IN SAN FILIPPO:
Right at the top of Cori is our architect designed house at the edge of the hillside. You are almost 400 meters above sea level, with a staggering view, as you flew over the city. Cori is situated on a hilltop at the back displays of higher mountains and the sea is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. 20 km away mirrored sun in the Mediterranean waves that wash onto the white sandy beach - and only 50 km is to the Eternal City, Rome. Cori is older than Rome and the city is today well-preserved medieval with many remains from Roman times. The house has for over 80 m2 house and 40 m2 terrace + balcony.
The first room is a combined living room and kitchen with cooking stove. The bathroom has a matte black granite floor with luxurious spa. A large refrigeration unit is integrated into the kitchen units and there is an old decorative corner fireplace. A staircase wraps itself sculptural to the first floor.
Above the staircase marble steps are two large bedrooms. One has a balcony, and the other two windows where the south reiterates the illusion of gliding across the mountain.
A narrow spiral staircase screws through the ceiling to rooftop, and now you as an airplane wing and looks down and out over the landscape. Mediterranean 20 km off the coast appears as a narrow fringe of varmeflimmeret.
The sun roars down, but sitting under the parasol with the indispensable cool wine, any pain or concern seems indifferent, swept away by the unique spectacle, now sits at the center in.

HOUSE IN VIA GARIBALDI:
In Via Garibaldi, a glorious house of 130 m2 house with terraces and garden. Large dining kitchen with fireplace and dishwasher, large lounge and 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. Beautiful marble bathroom with a star ceiling. Extra able 2 beat-out beds, so 8 people can stay in the house in separate rooms. From the dining kitchen you walk into a lovely courtyard where you can clean outdoor vegetables under running water and still be in contact with those in the kitchen. The courtyard is really nice with its Roman golden walls and a small cave from the Roman era carved into the rock. There are 2 magnificent terraces. The one with the sun and the other below the vines shaded foliage. Both with a sumptuous views of the Mediterranean. Even higher over the rooftops is the garden with stunning panoramic views.


The city CORI:
Located in the beautiful area 50 km south of Rome, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. Cori shielded behind the Abruzzi, whose ending is called Monte Lupone. 20 km away the sun glinting in the Mediterranean waves. Cori was founded before Rome, and is today well-preserved medieval with a famous temple of Hercules in the Roman era.
The city is at 10,000 indfbyggere, so here are many restaurants and shops, where everything can be bought. The beach is reached in a short time, and is one of Italy's best beaches with tilpads depth of water and white sand - even just for the kids.
