Ancient farmhouse of 1800, once owned by Sgaravatti (the most famous nurseries of Europe), the house was restored in 1975 by the current owners and it still retains the typical structure of the ancient Venetian farms. With its arcades, the stables, wine cellars, the farmyard, barns, well and entirely enclosed by a wonderful laurel hedge, the property creates a warm and quiet, timeless, far from the frantic pace of everyday life...

The villa is nestled in a beautiful park of 5 hectares and it has 1 km trail suitable for walking, jogging and biking. Adjacent to the villa, at right angles, there is the house where the owners reside.

The park overlooks the Euganei Hills and the mountains of the Asiago plateau, which in the clear winter days you can see the snowy peaks. It's dotted with groups of spruce, vigils, gestroemie, magnolias, palm trees, redwood trees, roses, beech trees, olive trees, cherry trees, plane trees, cedar deodorizes, a rose garden, a vineyard and a carp pond (a crossing and rest point for several species of birds).

In front of the south face of the property there is a swimming pool and a small outbuilding in which you can use the barbecue, the dressing room and the bathroom; a few meters, guests can enjoy with tennis, table tennis, rowing and exercise bike.

The property offers a total of 8+4 beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace, a spacious living room with Sat Tv, three bathrooms, two double bedrooms and two matrimonial bedrooms. Upstairs a wonderful loft for 4 guests, it's composed with a double bedroom, a matrimonial bedroom and another bathroom. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, laundry room for guests and internet services in an arranged time.

Nearby (500 m) there are: the bike path, supermarket, pharmacy, newsagent, hairdresser, a bar-tobacco shop, bus stop and a restaurant where you can taste the famous Venetian cuisine. At only 2 km you can use the thermal center of Abano-Terme, at only 1 km there is Montegrotto station and the entrances for highways, at 10 km the center of the city of Padua. From the properties guests can easily reach Frassanelle Glof Club, Montecchio Golf Club and the Euganei Hills, a place of hours of excursions in the magnificent of nature.
