About our cottage in Orte, just north of Rome:
Orte lies in the Etruscan area, only 35 minutes to Rome. About our two homes in CORI, south of Rome:
Historic mountain town, founded before Rome at the edge of Abruzzo, surrounded by vineyards. 30 min. to Rome or to the wide, white sandy beach. We are the proud owners of two unusually attractive houses in the city:

In Via Garibaldi, a glorious house of 130 m2 house with terraces and garden. Large dining kitchen with fireplace and dishwasher, large lounge and 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. Beautiful marble bathroom with a star ceiling. Extra able 2 beat-out beds, so 8 people can stay in the house in separate rooms. From the dining kitchen you walk into a lovely courtyard where you can clean outdoor vegetables under running water and still be in contact with those in the kitchen. The courtyard is really nice with its Roman golden walls and a small cave from the Roman era carved into the rock. There are 2 magnificent terraces. The one with the sun and the other below the vines shaded foliage. Both with a sumptuous views of the Mediterranean. Even higher over the rooftops is the garden with stunning panoramic views.

In Vicolo San Filippo is - extremely on the mountain top - with a totally awesome 360 ​​degree panoramic views of a house on two floors. Contains a large living room with corner kitchen, dining area and sofa on the cozy corner fireplace and front window with a dizzying prospect. The house is decorated in cool contemporary Italian architectural design.
