OUR RATES:
1 night – RM 450
2 to 6 nights – RM 350/night
7 – 14 nights – RM 300/night
15 – 21 nights – RM 250/night
22 nights onwards – RM 200/night

REMARKS:
Minimum of 2 nights booking is required on the following dates:
1. Nov 2011: 4, 5, 6, 7, 25, 26, 27, 28
2. Dec 2011: 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31
3. Jan 2012: 1, 2, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25

* 30% deposit required for booking confirmation (bank transfer/Paypal).
* Balance 70% payable upon check-in (cash) or (bank transfer/Paypal for full payment made before arrival).
* A refundable security deposit of RM200 will be collected upon check-in.
* Check-in time: 3pm. Check-out time: 11am.
