The interior of the house provides comfortable accommodation for 4 with an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with patio doors to a terrace, ideal for outdoor cooking on the built in barbecue. The owner, a well known local artist, who's work can be seen in many places in the Algarve, has made his impression throughout this unique and very affordable holiday home.
Approximately 500m from the beach, the shops and restaurants are on the doorstep.
Entrance into living room with separated dining room, downstairs also: 1 double bedroom, kitchen fully equipped, bathroom, upstairs double bedroom with bathroom em suite, another double bedroom. Steps lead up from the kitchen tothe barbecue terrace to a wooden sun deck on the roof with small pool. Not recommended for families with young children due to the unguarded drops. Maid service once a week.
