Welcome to the "Finca Dona Sofia Maria"!

Enjoy the extraordinary weather of the "Costa Cálida" (WarmCost), which has three hundert sunny days a year. The "Finca Dona Sofia Maria" or country house is situated in San Pedro del Pinatar (Murcia) and is surrouonded by the best beaches of the Mediterranean Sea and Mar Menor.

The rustic Style apartments are equipped with eveything neede while in vacation near the country side and sea. The countryside apartments have television via satellite and heating. Each apartment dispose of a large terrace with views of the mediterranean garden area. Discover other ways of enjoying your freetime.

The community garden large over 4000 m2 is put on in the Mediterranean style. In the garden is a grill place with tables and chairs, which is shadowed of a large Pergola.

Our "mini-farm" is one of the favorite corners of the children who visit us. Here are living hens and rabbits in the natural habitat.

On the children´s playground with swings, chute,big trampolin and much desire to playing the smallest ones can divert themselves.

The distance to the beaches of Mediterranean and Mar Menor amounts to approx. 10 minutes with the car. A passenger car is necessary.


We have apartments in diferent dimentions, for 3 or 5 persons. In each apartment is posible one bed more.


Casa Carmen: 3 persons

The house is ground floor and offers with approx. 70 m2 much place.

The house is divided as follows:

Living-room with two built sofa beds consent in the Spanish colonial style. The beds in the size of 0,90 m x 2.00 m are equipped with feather/spring nuclear mattresses (ideal to the relaxation).
Dining, kitchen, WC with shower, inner court with practical outer shower.
One double bedroom with roomy large built-in cabinets. In the bedroom a double bed in the size of 1,60 m x find 2,00 M.
Before the house is a large terrace with garden-furniture with views into the garden.

The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, cooling freezing cabinet, coffee machine, microwave, iron and ironing board, pots, pans.
Table-ware, cutlery and glasses for 4 persons.


Casa Ana Mari: 5 persons. This apartment is equipped for handicapped persons.

The house is ground floor and offers with approx. 120 m2 much place. Those approx. 40 m2 large terrace is considered and offers in the summer pleasant shade places.
The house is divided as follows:
Living-room with two built sofa beds, in the size of 0,80m x 2.00 m, consent dinette, kitchen, WC with shower, and two double bedrooms with roomy cabinets in the Spanish style.
In one of the bedrooms a double bed in the size 1.80 m x 2,00 m, in the other one is in the size of 1,60 m x 2.00 M.
Before the house a large terrace with view is into the garden.
The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, cooling freezing cabinet, coffee machine, pots, pans.
Table-ware, cutlery and glasses for 6 persons.
This house is particularly suitable for owners of animal, since the terrace is enclosed.
