First floor: Garden, porch, living room with satellite and terrestrial television (channels and foreign communities in Spain), shower room, fully equipped kitchen and patio clothesline.
Second floor: double bedroom with balcony, bedroom with three single beds and bathroom. The stairs of the house have small doors for the protection of children and though the house is very cool for the warmer days of the bedrooms have a ceiling fan.

Located on the main street (Calle del Cangrejo) living in the northwest, just four minutes walk from the beach. With all the ingredients at hand: Pharmacy, bus stop, banks, restaurants, shopping, sports club, etc.. You can visit the best coast of Cadiz and the surrounding area, wineries, golf courses, Santipetri port (see castle) where you can hire a tour boat along the coast, waterways and also to ride.
