The house was completed in 2003 by us. It is located right on the beach and became really super nice.
There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms with toilets, sauna and whirlpool available. The ground floor has a large, very comfortable living area with fireplace, dining area and American kitchen (fitted kitchen all appliances, including dishwasher). In the homelike furnished basement is a sauna, shower and Jacuzzi. In the large bedroom has a safe for your valuables. In the living area downstairs and the bedrooms air-conditioning systems are installed. Generous roof terrace (40 sqm) with outdoor fireplace and grill and beautiful views of the sea. Close to the beach:
The beach is 150m away, reached via a pleasant walk. From the roof terrace you have a great view, on one side of the dunes and the sea, to the other side of the Taurus Mountains.
Pool, sauna, Jacuzzi:
In the middle of the holiday complex is a great swimming pool with children's pool. And all exclusively for you: the own hot tub and sauna in the basement and developed great spa, this holiday house.
Pets allowed:
We also have 2 small Jack Russell terrier, which we take of course in any holiday. The dogs can run free on the beach and can romp great. She and the dogs feel secure 'a fiddle'.
Resort:
Our cottage is located between Antalya and Alanya. It is quiet, Kizilot the middle of the village. In 150 m distance is the most pristine, sandy beach. In 100m is supermarket, butcher, hairdresser, pharmacy, physician practice
Activities of interest:
Close TUI hotel: great facilities and ambience. Is the right towards the beach in about 700m away located. We have asked our guests are welcome and there, all facilities for a small fee to use (including Hammam, the Turkish sauna). Even there, the offered sports and luxury service on the beach and the pool may be a nice change for you and your children.
Fun Bath "Aqua Park" in 12 km
5 golf courses, 9 to 24 hole facilities (public) in Belek, 65 km (70-90 €).
Other information:
Once a week will take place in about 120 meters from a traditional Turkish bazaar.
Until the next major tourist places Manavgat and Side is 12 or 15 km, ie 10-15 minutes by public dolmus (minibus, about 2 €, holds almost directly in front of the house). Up to the big city of Alanya is 35 km to Antalya and 80 km (airport pickup service can be arranged for you).
