Welcome to Indian Point Villa our beautiful home in Kissimmee Florida USA, it is fully furnished in the Floridian style spacious and comfortable, fully air-conditioned and has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a games room and its own private Pool and Hot-tub/Spa.
Our lounge is comfortable with three sofas, cable TV and Hi-Fi and DVD player for part of your entertainment, free wireless internet has been provided for you to browse the Internet.
The dining area has a large glass table with seating for six guests, additional seating for four guests in the kitchen nook.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all essential cutlery and crockery for ten guests, it has a fridge freezer, dish washer, main and microwave ovens, kettle, toaster, food blender and Coffee maker, a wall mounted Telephone answering machine with free International calls, a high chair is available for the tiddler, in the utility room we have a washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and board for your use at no extra charge.
In the master bedroom we have a Queen size bed with matching furniture, cable TV, an alarm clock and remote telephone, a ceiling fan has been fitted to aid in cooling, this room has patio doors to the Lanai area, it also leads into the en-suite where there is twin hand basins a walk-in shower and large corner bath, separate WC and walk-in wardrobe.
Second bedroom has a double bed with matching furniture, cable TV and alarm clock, a built-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan to aid in cooling, this room shares the family bathroom and looks out onto the Pool area.
The third bedroom has twin single beds with matching furniture, cable TV an alarm clock, built-in wardrobe a ceiling fan is fitted to aid in cooling, this room looks to the side of our home, this room shares the family bathroom.
The den is for the children this room has a triple bunk bed with double below and single on top, cable TV an alarm clock matching furniture, built-in wardrobe and a few toys, this room looks to the side of our home, this room shares the family bathroom.
Family bathroom has a bath with over head shower, a single hand basin and WC.
Our garage has been turned into a games room with American Pool, Air-Hockey and Foosball tables .
To the rear of our home we have our fantastic large private heat able Pool, a Hot-Tub/Spa ample seating, tables and sun loungers for your relaxation in the Florida sun, for added security to the pool and patio area all doors leading to the patio area are alarmed and we have installed a child safety fence.
Our home has a monitored alarm system and a safe.
We are located a short 15 minute drive to Walt Disney World theme parks. |
